Peggy Leung has worked with the IIC for over 4 years, first as an Operations Specialist then Project Development Manager, before assuming her current role. In these roles she managed a range of core operations work, ranging from communications, event planning, and grant management to fundraising and co-developing projects for IIC Fellows. Prior to the IIC, she served as an Employment Specialist at Thresholds and worked as a Digital Media Planner at MEC New York. Most recently, she worked at  Mercer as a health and benefits consultant, providing project management and day to day client services to businesses ranging from 100 to 200,000 employees. Peggy holds a B.A. from The University of Pennsylvania in Psychology.
