Engagement Manager, International Innovation Corps

The Engagement Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing project impact and the engagement between IIC teams and the partner organizations to ensure projects’ success.  The Engagement Manager will play a key role in project management, maintaining stakeholder relations, professional development and year round training for the Project Associates, event planning, and fellow recruitment in India. Engagement Managers will also have a role in developing new projects. The open Engagement Manager position at the UC Trust will work collaboratively with the Harris School of Public Policy in the US and the International Innovation Corps (IIC) in India and US, and the Tata Centre for Development (TCD).

This position is based at the University of Chicago Delhi Center in New Delhi, India.

Finance Manager, International Innovation Corps and Tata Centre for Development

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Finance Manager will manage the financial operations for International Innovation Corps and the Tata Centre for Development, within the United States and the UChicago Delhi Center in India (as well as any potential expansions into other countries). The Finance Manager manages all financial reporting and compliance for IIC and the TCD, coordinating all US and India financial and programmatic grant reporting. In addition, the Finance Manager will work closely and coordinate with the Operations Coordinator in India and the Associate Director of Operations in the US, unit heads within the IIC/TCD team on respective budgets, as well as third-party accountants, auditors and lawyers, and partners to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the organization's overall finances. By ensuring the completion and accuracy of these financial functions, the Finance Manager is directly contributing to the financial health of IIC and the TCD. Research Manager, Tata Centre for Development at UChicago

The Research Manager will oversee day-to-day activities of multiple research projects on topics such as health, water, and sanitation in India.  The Research Manager will lead dialogues with partners such as project researchers, NGOs, and government authorities, oversee data survey companies hired to conduct field research, and provide inputs related to study design, data analysis, and dissemination of findings. The position offers an opportunity to participate in cutting edge research using data generated from the projects. The Research Manager will contribute to the TCD’s evidence-based policy efforts and its impact in the field of health and development. 

The position is based at the University of Chicago Delhi Center in New Delhi, India, and requires extensive travel to field sites and is a one-year contract with the option of renewal.
