Harshit Mansukhani
Project Associate, NHA
Harshit’s journey has always been about stories and systems—how narratives shape public opinion, how media structures influence power, and how communication can drive real-world change. He began his career at The Times of India and Times Internet, where he shaped multimedia content for business and readership goals.
Eager to learn about power-media dynamics and critical theory, he pursued an MSc in Media and Communications at the London School of Economics and Political Science. At LSE, he examined how digital divide, media infrastructures, political economies, and emerging technologies influence societies.
Harshit joined IIC-University of Chicago Social and Public Policy Fellowship (India Program) as Project Associate, where he is working on the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission at the National Health Authority (NHA). His primary interest lies in the platformisation of healthcare delivery in India—understanding how digital ecosystems can enhance accessibility, efficiency, and equity in public health services. His work is driven by the belief that healthcare should be unbiased, accessible, and a fundamental right for all.
Harshit is driven by an insatiable curiosity for geopolitics, history, and global conflict—interests he channels into his blog, Faultlines(www.faultliness.com).
In his free time, Harshit loves to binge-watch Formula 1 races, or indulge in documentaries and writing.
