Anagha Vinod
Project Associate, Chandigarh Microsite
Anagha comes to IIC with a journey that’s been anything but linear. She began her professional journey as an ethical hacker before pivoting to the Education sector through the Teach For India Fellowship, where she taught Math and Science to secondary-grade students in Delhi’s Aya Nagar. After the Fellowship, she worked with the Fellowship Selection team at Teach For India, leading Monitoring & Evaluation processes and using data to drive accurate and informed decision-making.
She’s deeply interested in how policies translate into everyday realities and how systems can be built with empathy and efficiency in mind. This next step into public policy is her way of exploring the ‘why’ behind the ‘what’.
Outside of work, Anagha is a podcast nerd, a relentless walker, and someone who believes that ideas often find you when you're not looking. She’s most at home in curious conversations—and cannot stop getting curiouser and curiouser.
