Akanksha has over a decade’s experience in stakeholder engagement across banking and social impact.
After teaching primary grades in a government school in Delhi as part of her Teach for India fellowship, Akanksha worked with a capacity building program for school leaders working with under-served communities, helping them setup projects and processes to improve student outcomes.

With a passion for sustainable social impact programs, Akanksha was leading a project, testing sustainability of capacity building programs in education leadership in India before joining IIC.
