Shubham Nandre works in the areas of public policy, education, and grassroots development. Growing up close to rural and semi-urban communities shaped his understanding of how gaps in access to education, livelihoods, and public services affect everyday life. These experiences continue to guide his interest in people-centric governance and social development.

With an academic background in agriculture, management and public policy, he brings together field experience and system-level thinking. He has worked with government departments and non-profit organisations on education reform, district administration, startup facilitation, and community-based initiatives. His work focuses on improving implementation, strengthening public systems, and ensuring that policies translate into real outcomes on the ground.

Shubham enjoys working closely with communities, teachers and young people, and believes that meaningful change often starts with small, consistent actions. He approaches his work with curiosity, patience and a strong belief in learning through practice, with the aim of contributing to more inclusive and responsive governance in India.
