India Program Head

The International Innovation Corps is seeking an experienced leader to provide strategic and institutional leadership for its work in India.

Established in 2013 as a social impact program of the University of Chicago Trust, IIC works at the intersection of governance, systems change, and leadership development. We partner with government agencies, philanthropies, and development-sector institutions to address critical development challenges across Digital Health, Tech and AI, Education, WASH, and Social Innovation.

The India Program Head will lead IIC’s program staff and project teams and will be responsible for shaping the program’s growth strategy, strengthening high-trust institutional partnerships, overseeing the fellowship and project portfolio, supporting fundraising and donor stewardship, and ensuring strong financial, governance, risk, and compliance practices.

We are looking for a leader with at least eight years of progressive experience in mission-driven organisations, public policy, consulting, philanthropy, academia, or government-facing programs. The role is based in New Delhi and requires frequent regional travel.
