Grants and Operations Associate

Shailja Thakur is a Grants and Operations Associate at the International Innovation Corps (IIC), where she supports grant management, financial coordination, and operational processes to ensure the effective implementation of programs and initiatives.

Prior to joining IIC, Shailja worked with the Inclusion Economics India Centre as a Senior Finance and Administration Assistant. In this role, she managed financial operations, coordinated administrative functions, and supported compliance and reporting requirements. She has extensive experience collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.

Shailja holds a Bachelor’s degree and brings strong, hands-on experience in finance,administration, and operations support within research- and program-driven environments.
