Roshan Panigrahi

Project Associate

Roshan graduated with a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Nalanda Institute of Technology, Bhubaneswar. He then spent over five years at Atal Incubation Center Nalanda Institute of Technology Foundation(AIC-Nalanda), progressing from Project Assistant to Program Associate. There he screened and tracked startups at intake, managed a portfolio of SISFS-funded ventures, and facilitated founders' access to State and Central Government schemes such as SISFS and Startup Odisha. He delivered Acceleration Program end-to-end and managed state-level events which bringing together founders, mentors, and investors. Alongside this, he built and maintained program dashboards and websites, drawing on his technical background knowledge.

Through IIC, Roshan hopes to learn how Data and AI can make government programs work better, from decision-making to reaching the right people. Having worked closely with founders and government schemes, he wants to use his technical and stakeholder experience to help turn good policies into real impact.
