Aditya Srinivasan
Project Associate, PM POSHAN
Aditya has spent nearly three years at the Centre for Effective Governance of Indian States (CEGIS), where he has worked embedded with state governments to bring data, design, and frontline insight into the everyday machinery of public service delivery. He believes that strengthening state capacity is the most sustainable path to accelerating development outcomes.
An economics graduate from Shiv Nadar University, where his thesis examined the relationship between internet penetration and corruption in India, Aditya has since worked across states and departments. In the Bodoland Territorial Region, Aditya led multi-round, high-frequency phone surveys reaching over 15,000 beneficiaries to surface gaps in the delivery of nutrition services, and worked with the Karnataka Women and Child Development department on improving administrative data quality. He has designed data-driven review mechanisms and dashboards for stakeholders across multiple tiers of the bureaucracy, the Chief Secretary's office in Odisha, the Development Commissioner in Karnataka, and GP-level Panchayat Secretaries or PDOs on the ground. He has also led cross-organisational partnerships to deploy AI-based interventions for better data use in service delivery.
At the IIC Fellowship, he is excited to bring a systems lens to PM POSHAN, working on how technology can strengthen the delivery of one of the world's largest school feeding programs.
Outside of work, Aditya is on a quest to play as many sports as possible and is currently on number 21.
