After the fellowship, as a Senior Manager at STIR Education, Ratul was responsible for forming partnerships with state governments, designing leadership development modules for school teachers and government officials across 3 Indian states - Delhi, Karnataka and Uttar Pradesh and remotely in Uganda. He has also facilitated strategic communications and programme readiness workshops for over 30 internal staff members. As a consultant, Ratul's has consulted a few non-profits and social enterprises such as Child Rights and You (CRY), LRTT (Limited Resources Teacher Training), Swaniti Initiative and Tata Trusts in designing and managing large-scale education programmes.
